Our sourcing methodology achieves a consistent supply of high-quality waste feedstock, supported by ReCover's pioneering de-inking recycling technology.
RECOVER LABS
Our ReCover Labs have scientific testing and technical capabilities supporting validation, innovation and quality control, enabling Coveris to enhance and increase the amount of recyclate in our high-performance packaging.
No Waste
ReCover is a platform for our recycling activities and leads our future developments to generate recycled resin for Coveris' complete product portfolio supporting our vision of No Waste.
ReCover allows us to offer a reprocessing system supporting our customers' sustainability aims and targets. ReCover also aligns with packaging frameworks and future proposed legislation in the United Kingdom and European Union.
OUR RECYCLING NETWORK
We strive to ensure our recycling capabilities meet the highest possible standards.
In addition to our two ReCover locations in the United Kingdom, we are operating recycling systems in all of our extrusion plants to minimise production waste.
ReCover operates two fully equipped laboratories with scientific testing and technical capabilities.
VALIDATION
The ReCover Labs support the validation and quality control of waste feedstock prior to processing and the recycled post-industrial resin (PIR)/post-consumer resin (PCR) produced.
INNOVATION
The ReCover Labs facilitate Coveris' innovation of recycled content films using ReCover resin and support additional developments within the recycling processes and new materials.
QUALITY CONTROL
Through ReCover Lab testing and analysis, we are developing consistently high-quality recycled resins.
