Why use our reporting tool?
This tool is designed with your convenience and confidentiality in mind. It offers a user-friendly interface that allows you to easily submit your concerns, insights, or observations without fear of reprisal. We understand the importance of anonymity, and provide full assurance that you have the option to remain anonymous throughout the reporting process, should you choose to do so.
Who is responsible for this tool?
The General Counsel of the Coveris Group, serving as the Compliance Director, has overall responsibility for this policy and serves as the main contact for reported cases of misconduct and their investigation. The General Counsel's primary role includes handling reports, overseeing the investigation process, and taking necessary measures and follow-ups. The General Counsel is not bound by instructions regarding tasks carried out under this policy.
What can be reported?
Any of the following, including, but not limited to:
- Fraud, money laundering or mismanagement of funds
- Bribery or any form of corruption
- Human rights violations
- Intentional tax evasion and violations of tax laws
- Financing of terrorism
- Environmental damage
- Violation of food and product safety laws
- Violation of public health and safety laws
- Violation of sanctions laws and group policies
- Violation of data protection laws
- Violation of antitrust laws
How to report something?
Reporting is easy, confidential, and available 24/7. If you have a concern about illegal, unethical, or unsafe behavior, you are encouraged to report it immediately. You can use one of three reporting channels provided by Coveris:

You can choose to include your name and contact details, but it is not obligatory. You can remain anonymous throughout the process. Every report is treated with strict confidentiality. If you provide your contact information, it may assist us in conducting a more efficient investigation.
You are also welcome to provide relevant documents via e-mail and additional information, such as the date, time, place, names of individuals involved, their positions and a description of your concern and how you became aware of it. If there are other individuals who might have knowledge of the matter, please provide that information as well.
What happens after you report something?
You will receive confirmation of receipt for any written reports submitted through the reporting platform on the Coveris website. If you contact us via email and provide your contact details, we will confirm receipt no later than seven calendar days after the report is made. Telephone conversations may be documented as required by law.
All information provided, as well as the investigation process, will be treated confidentially by all parties involved to protect the identity of the reporting person and other individuals involved. The accused person will be presumed innocent until proven otherwise.
Rest assured that we take your concerns seriously. Our team, will conduct a thorough investigation into the matter. Your identity and the information you provide will be handled with strict confidentiality. We are committed to ensuring fairness, impartiality, and timely updates throughout the process.
If the reported concern is substantiated, appropriate actions will be taken to address the issue and prevent its recurrence. We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation, and your courage in coming forward is appreciated as it helps us maintain a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.
